We are looking to hire a Lab & Records Technician who is excited about a fun and rewarding career in the Orthodontic field. This position would support our three Southwest Missouri offices in Springfield, Nixa, and Republic Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm.

Responsibilities

· Take and process orthodontic records, including digital scans, photographs, and radiographs.

· Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation is complete and organized.

· Create, prepare, and manage digital files for treatment planning and appliance fabrication.

· Assist with the fabrication, adjustment, and maintenance of orthodontic appliances and retainers.

· Operate and maintain orthodontic laboratory equipment, including 3D printers and model-trimming equipment.

· Pour, trim, label, and store orthodontic models as needed.

· Organize and maintain inventory of laboratory supplies and materials.

· Ensure the lab and records areas remain clean, organized, and fully stocked.

· Follow infection control and sterilization protocols.

· Collaborate with clinical team members to support efficient patient care and treatment workflow.

· Provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

· Previous dental, orthodontic, laboratory, or records experience preferred, but not required.

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

· Comfortable working with technology and digital imaging systems.

· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
