We are currently hiring an Excavation Helper to join our team. We would love to schedule an initial phone interview with you. If there is mutual interest, we will bring you in to meet our management team and have an in-person interview. We only consider candidates believed to be team players who will help us fulfill our mission of exceeding our customerโ€™s expectations.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Assist excavation crew with digging, grading, trenching, and backfilling tasks
  • Prepare, clear, and clean job sites before and after excavation
  • Set up safety barriers, warning signs, and other site safety measures
  • Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment
  • Assist with drainage systems, pipe installation, or utility locating as needed
  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned daily, weekly, or monthly performance goals
  • Fulfill on-call duties according to the department need
  • Provide professional and courteous customer service
Requirements:
  • Previous construction or excavation experience preferred
  • Willingness to work in trenches, confined spaces, or uneven terrain
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Must meet company motor vehicle record (MVR) eligibility requirements
