We are seeking reliable and hardworking Grading Laborers to join our grading crew. The ideal candidate is comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions, follows instructions well, and is committed to safety and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with site grading, excavation, and preparation for landscaping and construction projects
  • Operate hand tools and assist with equipment as directed
  • Follow instructions from crew leaders and supervisors
  • Maintain a clean and safe job site
  • Load and unload materials as needed
  • Perform other general labor duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Willingness and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform manual labor
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation preferred
  • Prior grading, landscaping, or construction experience is a plus but not required
