The Order Processing Assiatant is responsible for accurately processing, organizing, and tracking incoming orders across multiple product lines. This role requires strong attention to detail, solid organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate with dealers and internal teams to keep orders moving smoothly from intake to fulfillment, while also providing backup coverage for logistics and engineering functions when needed.


Key Responsibilities

  • Process incoming orders for multiple product lines
  • Review order paperwork for accuracy and completeness before processing
  • Print, sort, and organize order documents and related paperwork
  • For Express orders specifically: process orders, manage scheduling, and coordinate directly with dealers on order details, timing, and updates
  • Serve as a point of communication with dealers on order status, changes, and issue resolution
  • Enter and track order data in Excel or similar spreadsheet tools
  • Communicate with dealers, vendors, and internal staff via email regarding order status, issues, or missing information
  • Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for order records
  • Flag and follow up on incomplete or problematic orders
  • Provide backup coverage shipping and engineering during absences, ensuring order processing and scheduling continue without disruption
  • Support other basic administrative and clerical tasks as needed
