Online Sales Specialist โ€“ Parts Business

Craig Industries, Inc. โ€“ Building Materials Manufacturer

Craig Industries, Inc., a growing manufacturer in the building materials industry, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Online Sales Specialist to support our Parts Business. This position works closely with the Parts Manager to assist with parts sales, online account management, and order fulfillment.

The primary responsibility of this role is to support parts sales through customer communication, online platforms, and internal order processing while ensuring accurate pricing, inventory management, and timely shipment of orders. This position will also take the lead in re-stocking inventory and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment to assist with efficient order processing.

The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working with technical products in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support & Sales

  • Take calls related to parts sales inquiries
  • Answer customer questions and provide guidance on purchasing parts
  • Assist customers with identifying correct parts and processing orders
  • Obtain tax-exempt forms when required

Online & Inventory Management

  • Assist in managing and updating the companyโ€™s parts website
  • Maintain and update eBay and Amazon accounts
  • Monitor inventory levels and update online listings accordingly
  • Work with the Parts Manager to research competitors and maintain competitive pricing
  • Re-stock inventory as it comes in
  • Organize and maintain a clean warehouse environment to assist in the timely fulfillment of orders

Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Process Purchase Orders, Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs), and Credit Memos
  • Work with vendors to assist customers requesting non-stock items
  • Ensure daily orders are packaged and shipped via FedEx and USPS
  • Maintain accurate documentation of parts transactions
Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Ability to understand and communicate technical information
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn various software programs
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience with WordPress and Amazon Seller Central preferred, but not required
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities

The successful candidate must be able to work effectively in a team environment, be self-motivated, reliable, and capable of performing under pressure.
