A well-established and growing organization is seeking a Controller to lead the accounting function for one of its largest operating divisions.
This opening is the result of an internal promotion, creating an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounting leader to step into a highly visible role with an established team and a clear path for future growth.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop an accounting team of 5-6 professionals
  • Oversee the monthly close process and divisional financial reporting
  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations
  • Partner closely with operational leadership and cross-functional departments
  • Analyze financial performance and support business decision-making
  • Roll up your sleeves and dive into the details when needed
Ideal Background:
  • Controller, Assistant Controller, Accounting Manager, or similar leadership experience
  • Strong understanding of month-end close and financial reporting
