GLOBAL CORPORATE CONTROLLER Now recruiting on behalf of an Atlanta-based global industrial company who is seeking a Global Corporate Controller to join its leadership team during an exciting period of international growth. With annual revenue between $100M and $250M and a strong track record of expansion, the company is investing in its infrastructure, talent, and global footprint to support future acquisitions and continued market growth. This is a highly visible position within a collaborative executive team and offers the opportunity to work closely with both senior leadership and the private equity sponsor as the business moves toward its next stage of value creation. Reporting directly to the CFO, the Global Corporate Controller will lead all accounting operations worldwide while helping build a scalable finance organization capable of supporting international expansion. Responsibilities include ownership of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, global consolidations, inventory and cost accounting, financial reporting, audit management, treasury activities, and regulatory compliance. The role will also serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership on acquisitions, integration initiatives, process improvement, and operational efficiencies. The successful candidate will initially manage a small team and play a key role in developing an international accounting organization as new entities are added. The company operates on NetSuite and offers the opportunity to enhance existing processes within a business that already has a strong systems foundation. Qualified candidates for this Global Corporate Controller opportunity will have the following: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; MBA preferred Active CPA designation required 11-13+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience Big 4 or national public accounting firm audit experience required Experience operating in a private equity-backed environment preferred Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and global accounting operations Experience preparing and reviewing consolidated international financial statements Expertise in inventory accounting, cost accounting is critical Proven success managing external audits, regulatory reporting, and compliance initiatives Experience leading accounting operations across multiple countries, entities, and currencies Proven ability to work in lean team in a hands-on role and develop and build talent. Background supporting acquisitions, due diligence efforts, integrations, and international expansion initiatives Demonstrated ability to build scalable accounting processes and infrastructure in a growth-oriented environment Experience developing and leading high-performing accounting teams, including global staff and finance leaders Advanced systems knowledge, including mid-to-large sized ERP platforms Executive presence with the ability to effectively partner with senior leadership, boards, investors, and external stakeholders Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving organization undergoing significant growth and transformation Note - seeking Atlanta-based talent for this onsite opportunity.
