Overview
We are seeking a high-impact Director of Engineering to lead and scale our engineering
function. This role will own product design & development, engineering strategy, and
performance optimization, driving innovation while building a strong, results-focused team.
This is a leadership role with real authority to influence direction, improve operations, and
deliver measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing engineering teams
• Oversee product design and development from concept through production
• Drive engineering strategy and innovation aligned with company goals
• Optimize systems, processes, and team performance to improve efficiency and output
• Partner cross-functionally with operations and leadership to ensure execution
• Establish KPIs and track performance across engineering initiatives
• Evaluate and implement new technologies, tools, and processes
• Manage budgets, resources, and project timelines
• Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Qualifications
• 10+ years of engineering experience, including 5+ years in leadership
• Background in manufacturing, product development, or industrial engineering
• Proven track record of driving performance and leading teams
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement is a plus
