Dealer Development Manager

Muleshoe Buildings is seeking a Dealer Development Manager to recruit, onboard, and grow a network of independent dealer partners throughout Texas.

This is not an office job.

This is not a customer service position.

This is not a role for someone who wants to sit behind a desk all day.

We are looking for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, creating opportunities, and driving growth.

You will spend your time identifying prospective dealer partners, traveling throughout Texas, conducting discovery meetings, onboarding new dealers, and helping them become successful members of the Muleshoe dealer network.

Muleshoe Buildings is a rapidly growing steel building contractor and manufacturer headquartered in Columbus, Texas.

We serve commercial, agricultural, industrial, and residential customers throughout Texas and are actively expanding our dealer network to support our next phase of growth.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and recruit prospective dealer partners.
  • Conduct dealer discovery meetings and presentations.
  • Travel throughout Texas to meet with contractors, builders, and business owners.
  • Present the Muleshoe Dealer Program.
  • Evaluate prospective dealer candidates.
  • Coordinate dealer onboarding and training.
  • Assist dealers with their first opportunities and sales.
  • Maintain relationships with active dealers.
  • Develop and expand assigned territories.
  • Track activities and opportunities within HubSpot.

What Success Looks Like

  • New dealer agreements executed.
  • Dealers successfully onboarded and activated.
  • Dealers generating consistent sales opportunities.
  • Growth in dealer-generated revenue.
  • Expansion of the Muleshoe dealer network throughout Texas.

Compensation

Expected First-Year Earnings:
$80,000 - $120,000+
