Red Rocks Amphitheatre is a rock structure near Morrison, Colorado, where concerts are given in the open-air Amphitheatre. Red Rocks Amphitheater is a naturally formed, one of the world's most iconic music venues and top rated, we elevate our standards of service and hospitality to match the legendary status of Red Rocks Amphitheatre located in Morrison, Co. Aramark supports our clients by providing a high level of attention to detail and outstanding customer service in all that we do. 

The Retail Supervisor oversees the work of retail associates in a store environment. Supervisors oversee monitoring employee activity, coordinating the shipping and receiving of merchandise, solving problems on a day-to-day level and assisting customers. Supervisors oversee supporting and training the sales associates and assigning the day's work tasks. Supervisors ensure all preparations are completed in advance for the day ahead and that the team is on task with delivering superior guest service. Supervisors are expected to serve as an example for the retail associates to aspire to; continually going above and beyond, delivering outstanding customer service, and successfully resolving any guest situations that may arise. Supervisors will maintain a professional and enthusiastic atmosphere even in the absence of management. This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of time posting.  

This position is considered an Hourly/Seasonal/Part-Time Employee

Compensation Data

COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $23.00 to $25.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for opening and closing the store. 
  • Conduct daily safety briefings. 
  • Fulfill online store orders and send daily sales reports. 
  • Ensure accurate inventory counts while conducting daily transfers to the sister store. 
  • Act as a concierge resource, providing guests with knowledge about the park and surrounding areas. 
  • Respond directly to customer complaints and ensure they are resolved efficiently and professionally. 
  • Train and supervise sales associates, supervising by example and fostering a customer service-focused team. 
  • Ensure smooth operations in the absence of a manager. 
  • Clean and restock the store throughout the day, before opening, and after closing. 
  • Assist with loss prevention, report concerns, and provide solutions. 
  • Ensure accurate inventory counts while receiving daily merchandise. 
  • Assist with quarterly inventories, bi-weekly damage reports, and weekly spot counts. 
  • Receive deliveries for the retail store and concert merchandise. 
  • Create an inviting store environment by updating merchandise displays. 
  • Troubleshoot IT issues as they arise. 
  • Supervises special projects as needed. 
  • Assist with POS transactions, employee discounts, and returns. 
  • Cover employee lunch breaks as necessary. 
  • Inform management of strong-selling products and items that need to be reordered. 
  • Communicate any concerns or store-related issues to management.

Qualifications
  • Must be at least 21 years of age (required) 
  • Previous retail experience preferred 
  • Strong mathematical skills required 
  • Excellent supervisor skills; approachable and able to build positive rapport with employees 
  • Strong communication and customer service skills 
  • Service-oriented with a willingness to assist patrons 
  • Knowledge of point-of-sale systems preferred 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word 
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs multiple times daily 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment 
  • Must be flexible and willing to work a rotating schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays 
  • Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times 

This role may involve physical demands, including but not limited to lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of walking and standing. Uniforms and/or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
