Security amp; Systems Coordinator

Position Overview

Mobile Generation is seeking a detail-oriented Security amp; Systems Coordinator to support security system administration, asset tracking, structured documentation management, and access control coordination across multiple retail locations. This role ensures accurate tracking of company technology and security assets while supporting operational compliance standards.

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in access control, door hardware, or basic locksmithing as it relates to security systems.

Key Responsibilities

Security Systems amp; Access Administration

  • Maintain centralized logs for location-based security system activity
  • Track alarm activations and document incident activity
  • Maintain structured case files for operational incidents
  • Coordinate installation, service, and upgrades of security systems and access control hardware
  • Support lock changes, key control tracking, and door hardware oversight
  • Track equipment inventory, serial numbers, and deployment records
  • Monitor system performance reporting and confirm resolution of recurring issues

Access Governance

  • Track alarm and system access updates related to employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Verify timely removal of system access upon employee separation
  • Maintain organized vendor account and monitoring documentation

Incident Documentation amp; Compliance

  • Prepare documentation packages required for insurance claims and audits
  • Ensure all incident files are complete and audit-ready

  • Strong organizational and documentation skills

  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, multi-location environment
