Job description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at one of our apartment communities. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing Property Management company and play a key role in delivering high-quality resident service.
This position blends hands-on technical work with operational oversight and requires a leader who is organized, service-driven, and open to working within modern property management systems.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily maintenance operations and apartment make-readies
  • Lead and perform work across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs
  • Coordinate vendors and manage electronic purchase orders
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date unit turn status through the make-ready board
Technology amp; Systems
  • Approximately 25% of the role involves administrative work at a computer
  • Use of company software systems for procurement and unit tracking is required
  • Utilize a mobile app to manage work orders and inspections, including real-time documentation with notes, photos, and videos
  • No prior experience with these systems is required; training will be provided. However, candidates must be willing and able to learn and use technology consistently as part of daily operations
  • Previous experience with property management or maintenance software is a plus for supervisory candidates
