Status: Full-time / 100% on-site

Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 annually

Position Summary: The Assistant Allocator plays a vital role in driving the commercial success of the Kith Women's and Kid's categories. Working closely with the Senior Allocator and Director of Planning, you will execute precise replenishment and allocation strategies to ensure our global sales and inventory targets are seamlessly aligned. This role requires a strong blend of analytical thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and an understanding of our unique, global customer base.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary Responsibilities

  • Order Management: Manage bulk order creation and tracking for all upcoming Kith Women's andKid's collections.

  • Data-Driven Allocation: Analyze size-level selling trends to continuously update size profiles,ensuring new collections are optimally allocated based on historical data.

  • Global Distribution: Develop and execute the initial allocation strategy across all global regions,distributing merchandise to brick-and-mortar stores at the granular style and size level.

  • Inventory Replenishment: Own the weekly replenishment cadence for both seasonal and corecollections while proactively managing store capacity levels to prevent overstock or missed sales.

  • System Integrity: Maintain and update sales order allocations within our PLM software, ensuringabsolute accuracy and data integrity at all times.

  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Act as a key liaison for store General Managers, addressinginventory concerns, fulfilling special requests, and catering to the unique needs of each location'sselective clientele.

  • Performance Analysis: Generate and analyze weekly sales and inventory reports to extractactionable insights and maintain a comprehensive understanding of business performance.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience

  • Up to 1 year of relevant experience (including internships) in buying, planning, allocation, or a comparable analytical role within the retail or fashion industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Supply Chain, or a relevant analytical field is a plus.

Skills

  • Analytical Prowess: Strong grasp of retail math with the ability to translate raw data into actionable inventory strategies.

  • Detail-Oriented: Highly organized and analytically minded, with an unwavering commitment to data accuracy.
