We are seeking a detail-oriented individual who can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities: Weekly Reporting: Generate Monday morning reports covering merchandise, bestsellers, store performance versus plan, and intake. Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to identify new styles or repeats and allocate them to stores based on demand phases. Analyse the bestsellers report, providing valuable feedback and observations.

Attend production meetings to address delivery schedule amendments and updates. Provide a brief weekly trade update to the wider team.

Season and Phases: Develop and update the allocation plan for the season as required. Create item/purchase order (PO) entries in the system. Store Communication: Handle daily stock requests and queries from stores.

Warehouse and Shipping Communication: Maintain weekly communication with the warehouse, addressing pick schedules and delivery issues, and managing replenishment processes.

Liaise with production to prioritize styles and review delayed or outstanding deliveries. Preferred Skills and Qualifications: Entry-level position, but prior experience as an allocator/merchandise administration assistant (MAA) is preferred. Intermediate level proficiency in Excel.

Strong organizational and administrative skills. A passion for analysing data and problem-solving. Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
