Who you are:
As a Commercial Lines Account Representative with Frost Insurance Agency, you are our insurance experience champion. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing all policies and policy changes received from the insurance carriers for accuracy and completeness. You will use your collaborative mindset, analytical skills, and desire for constant improvement to work with Account Managers to issue renewal summaries and applications for Producers to review with clients. You are the support to Producers and Account Executives! More than that, this role is about building relationships and doing so with integrity, caring, and excellence in mind.
What you'll do:
  • Review all policies and policy changes received from the insurance carriers for accuracy and completeness and request corrections as needed; advising the senior staff members of any potential problems or discrepancies
  • Request and process policy alterations with insurance carriers to fulfill change requests received from clients
  • Invoice and deliver policy documents to clients to ensure thorough record-keeping and communication
  • Issue certificates of insurance & evidence of coverage as requested by customers
  • Follow up on billing notices and non-payments received from Account Managers to minimize risk of customer defaults
  • Work with Account Managers to issue renewal summaries and applications for Producers to review with clients
  • Assist Account Managers in preparation of account remarketing by ordering Loss Runs to assess claim activity
  • Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What you'll need:
  • Texas General Lines Agent License: Property and Casualty (P&C) or attainment within 90 days
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office computer applications
