Assistant Account Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Assistant Account Manager to support daily security operations, supervise personnel, and assist in maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have leadership experience in the security industry and be committed to delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring operational excellence.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience as an Account Manager, Site Supervisor, or in a comparable leadership/supervisory role within the security industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise and lead security personnel.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Proficient in preparing reports and managing daily operational responsibilities.
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record (if required for the position).
  • High school diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist the Account Manager with daily operations and personnel management.
  • Supervise security officers and ensure compliance with company policies and client expectations.
  • Conduct site visits, inspections, and coaching as needed.
