Take the next step in your insurance career by building and owning your own agency. This opportunity is ideal for experienced producers who want full ownership of their book of business while leveraging a support platform that provides carrier access, systems, and operational backing.


Compensation & Investment


  • One-time buy-in: $5,000
  • Revenue share model (~15%, with cap for larger books)
  • Comparable to franchise-style investment models but at a lower cost


Contract Terms


  • Annual agreement (auto-renews)
  • 120-day notice required to exit


Territory Guidelines


  • Focus on Eastern U.S. markets
  • Restricted states include: LA, WV, GA, DE, MD
  • Florida is limited and highly competitive
