Job description

As a Mylo Assistant Account Manager, you will contribute to the success of the Service Department by working on and completing projects to assist in improving retention. You will model and promote a continuous focus on customer satisfaction, highly effective communication skills, superior time management, be willing to learn up-to-date industry and job knowledge, and have a high degree of professionalism and reliability.


Our ideal candidate will:

  • Support the account management team by completing assigned projects and operational tasks in a timely and accurate manner, including:
  • Managing and updating manual carrier renewal lists
  • Assisting with carrier consolidations and book roll activities
  • Monitoring and distributing carrier reports and notices
  • Manage and prioritize shared email inboxes, ensuring prompt response times and proper routing of requests
  • Distribute and organize workflow assignments within ImageRight and other systems
  • Provide backup support to the Certificate of Insurance (COI) team to ensure uninterrupted service delivery
  • Assist with incoming phone queues, delivering professional and responsive client and carrier interactions
  • Collaborate with leadership and team members on special projects and process improvement initiatives
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards
  • Support team objectives by attending required meetings, training sessions, and company activities
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support team and business needs


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in customer service
  • Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities to improve operational processes
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Effective critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Working knowledge of PowerPoint, SharePoint, advanced Excel, requirements management tools such as Microsoft Project
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures, proactively protecting confidentiality of client and company information
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Ability to attend company, department, and team meetings as required, including industry training sessions
