Job Description:

Advantage Security, Inc. (ASI) has provided both security and customer service to its clients for over 31 years in the Denver and surrounding areas. We are currently seeking exceptional candidates for a full-time Security Site Supervisor position in the Denver area.

Shift:

Monday - Friday: 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

    Basic Requirements of a Security Site Supervisor:

    • 21 years of age
    • 2 years minimum of supervisory experience in a high rise building
    • 2 years Law Enforcement experience or Military experience preferred
    • High school diploma or GED required - Bachelor degree preferred
    • US citizenship or possess the right to work permit
    • Ability to pass a drug screen test and background check to include THC
    • Ability to fluently speak, read, and write English
    • Ability to obtain a merchant guard license
    • Must have a clean driving record

    Desired Skills of a Security Site Supervisor:

    • Excellent customer service
    • Previous security, military, and/or law enforcement experience is strongly preferred
    • Detail oriented
    • Computer literate
    • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)

    Duties for a Security Site Supervisor:

    • Monitor and authorize the access of employees, visitors, and other persons to various commercial and industrial properties
    • Responsible for safeguarding bystanders against potential emergencies, which includes but is not limited to building fires, hazardous material spills, and the safeguarding against potential terrorist attacks
    • Report daily activities or irregularities in the performance of their duties
    • Assist officers with emergency situations and respond to facility if necessary
    • Provide input as to negative patterns such as repeat officer offenses, trends, etc
    • Enforce safety procedures and notate any safety risks or violations
    • Learn post duties at customer sites and provide recommendations to enhance service delivery
    • Assist in training/evaluating officers
    • Counsel/mentor/discipline officers as needed
    • Follow-up on continuous issues/problems indicated by officers
    • Provide feedback on positives/negatives of officer performance
