Data Entry And Word Processing

Position summary: Provide administrative support by processing purchase requests, maintaining records, managing filing systems, researching contract items in internal databases, and coordinating communication with vendors and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update and maintain department-specific forms and documents.
  • Process SFS information updates and password resets.
  • Prepare and maintain various quarterly reports.
  • Track and report equipment distribution, inventory, and maintenance.
  • Attend meetings and prepare meeting minutes and notes.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Previous administrative, clerical, or office support experience.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
