ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Analyst with track record of insightful andprescriptive analysis of business operation and performance. Ability to interact with Big Dataand innovative and dynamic approach to analysis.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analysis of business unit performance identifying deep lying drivers (primary andsecondary)
  • Collaborate with business unit data analyst to evaluate impact of initiatives onperformance
  • Prepare Cash based and non-Cash based P&L to determine profitability by Unit andby Country
  • Deliver actionable insights and analytical support to address complex financial questions and challenges from business teams.
  • Generate precise ad-hoc financial reports as requested by the FP & A Manager tosupport various initiatives.
  • Keep track of outlier events and assess impact of business results
  • Maintain monthly unit economics report by product and business line


KEY COMPETENCIES

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling and Excel. Knowledge of macroswould be an added advantage.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative and analytical abilities to interpret financial dataand trends.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to workeffectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managingtreasury functions and reporting.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to assess complex financial situations and developstrategic solutions.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage a smalltreasury team.


KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. A mastersdegree or relevant certification (e.g. FMVA) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related role.
  • Advanced computer software skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and otheraccounting packages.
  • Must have completed the mandatory NYSC.
