Job Tittle: ASI & Orders Processor

Location: Ft. Huachuca, AZ

Clearance: Secret 

AGILE is looking for an Associate Situational Awareness Cell ASI & Orders Processor to join our team. The work location will be Fort Huachuca, AZ. This position requires an active secret clearance or the ability to obtain a secret clearance. This position will support the GCC, which provides cutting-edge technology in an enterprise-level environment.

ASI Management

Manage Authorized Service Interruption records for DODIN networks in the ASI management system from initiation to completion

Develop and disseminate detailed reports associated with potential outages or degradations of DODIN services

Interface with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the collection of information required to effectively document and assess the potential impact of ASIs on DODIN networks

Resolve record-related deficiencies and ensure adherence to organizational quality standards

Create non-disruption documentation and distribute to relevant parties, ensuring deconfliction actions are taken when necessary

Monitor various communication mediums and respond promptly

Participate in meetings and briefings with senior and government leadership as an ASI authority

Participate in training and retraining new ASI Processors

Orders Management

Create, modify, and assign Theater Taskings and RFCs to appropriate entities in the Orders management system

Conduct follow-ups with appropriate entities for updates concerning taskings and RFCs

Provide detailed and accurate situational awareness reporting associated with military orders

Create Network Bulletin documentation and distribute to relevant parties

Manage the addition and removal of personnel in the Orders management system

Monitor various communication mediums and respond promptly

Participate in meetings and briefings with senior and government leadership as an Orders authority

Participate in training and retraining new Orders Processors

Essential Skills

Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with team members and customers

Possesses analytical and problem-solving skills for making the appropriate decisions

Must be motivated, adaptable, and able to produce quality results in an evolving environment

Excellent organizational and follow-up skills with strong attention to detail

Ability to work in a team environment

Ability to remain calm under pressure

3-5 Years of related experience

Preferred Education & Experience

AA/AS or BA/BS in an administrative or technical field

Active secret clearance or the ability to obtain one

Significant experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)

Type a minimum of 40 WPM
