We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Adult Residential Facility (ARF) Administrator to oversee the operations of our Enhanced Behavior Support Homes. The Administrator will be responsible for ensuring high-quality resident care, effective staff management, regulatory compliance, and a safe, supportive environment for individuals we serve. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with families, healthcare providers, and community partners.

Key ResponsibilitiesFacility Management
  • Oversee daily operations to maintain a clean, safe, and supportive living environment.

  • Ensure the facility meets all health, safety, and maintenance standards.

  • Manage the facility budget, track expenses, and allocate resources efficiently.

Resident Care
  • Ensure residents receive individualized care plans that address physical, emotional, and social needs.

  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to meet medical and therapeutic requirements.

  • Coordinate resident services such as transportation, medication management, and recreational activities.

Staff Leadership
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff across all functions.

  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development.

  • Ensure staffing levels meet resident needs at all times.

Compliance & Regulations
