WHO WE NEED

This position will be responsible for the oversight of the parking enforcement and maintenance segment of business throughout the downtown area. This position will be responsible for maintaining existing and new client relationships and supervising full time and part time employees.

  • Pledges a superior level of mentorship, supervision, and oversight to parking enforcement officers and maintenance staff whose responsibilities range from assisting with the private parking operations, monitoring lots, dispatching and, assigning team members, assisting customers, responding to parking issues, assisting with hiring, training, and evaluating staff.

  • Maps out and administers enforcement and maintenance of private parking facilities and participates in planning of activities and programs related to private parking facilities.

  • Submit budget recommendations; monitor expenditures; effectively communicate budget variances to leadership.

  • Champion at promoting safety to assure that the unit follows policies and procedures. Maintains audit controls within the unit.

  • Oil the wheels with new business opportunities, actively seeking leads on new opportunities, developing proformas, operating budgets, and transitioning onboarding / offboarding of locations as needed.

  • Asset management of company property and consumable supplies used in private operations.
