This is a field-based, quota-driven sales role ideal for someone who thrives on networking, relationship-building, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a territory sales plan to meet or exceed monthly and annual referral and revenue goals.
  • Represent Senior Helpers at community events, health fairs, networking groups, and industry association meetings.
  • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from families and referral partners, converting leads into new clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of referral activity, sales pipeline, and outreach efforts in the company CRM.
  • Collaborate with the office's care team to ensure smooth intake and onboarding of new clients referred through sales efforts.
  • Stay current on local market trends, competitor services, and community resources for seniors and their families.
  • Uphold Senior Helpers' brand, mission, and values in all external communications and community interactions.
Qualifications

  • Established network or familiarity with the North San Diego County / Oceanside healthcare and senior services community is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort using a CRM to track activity and pipeline.
  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach and genuine interest in improving the lives of seniors and their families.
  • Valid California driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance (frequent local travel required).
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required; equivalent experience will be considered.
What We Offer
  • Competitive base salary plus commission/bonus structure
  • Paid time off and holidays
  • A supportive, mission-driven team culture
  • Opportunity for growth within a respected national home care brand
Schedule
