WHAT WE'RE AFTER...
Our San Antonio office seeks a Temporary Part-Time Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors while providing administrative and operational support to firm leadership, clients, and internal teams.
Excellent communication skills and the desire to work in a collaborative, growing company, performing a variety of tasks each day is required. Candidates must be able to prioritize and execute multiple tasks with little oversight; have strong proofreading capabilities; and solve problems independently.
This part-time position is expected to average 20-25 hours per week, with specific days and hours determined based on business needs and your class schedule.
This is a temporary position expected to run from late September 2026 through early January 2027, providing coverage during an employee's maternity leave.

WHAT YOU WILL GET TO DO....
โ€ข Welcome visitors and notify employees of guest arrivals.
โ€ข Answer and direct incoming telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
โ€ข Perform routine office support tasks to ensure an efficient and professional work environment.
โ€ข Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area and common spaces.
โ€ข Order, stock, and track office, kitchen, and meeting supplies.
โ€ข Assist with scheduling conference rooms and maintaining meeting room calendars.
โ€ข Coordinate catering orders for meetings and company events, as requested.
โ€ข Maintain conference rooms for group meetings, including set up and clean up; assist with individual needs of visitors
โ€ข Support onboarding logistics, including preparing workstations, name badges, or welcome materials for new hires.
โ€ข Assist with company events, employee celebrations, and office-wide communications.
โ€ข Monitor office equipment (printers, copiers) and coordinate service requests when needed.
โ€ข Support printing, collating, and binding of documents
โ€ข Manage filing, routing and gathering signatures for general business purposes
โ€ข Receive, log, and distribute incoming packages and regular mail; coordinate outgoing shipments and courier pickups.
