Job description

At Hasbro, our mission is to entertain and connect generations of fans through the wonder of storytelling and exhilaration of play. We're looking for adventurous and curious people who want to explore, experiment, and innovate to come up with the best ideas. Our culture has inspired our diverse team of highly skilled, highly creative, and highly committed individuals for 100 years and we believe the best is yet to come.

We're hiring a Sr. Principal TPM to lead the technical side of our marketing technology stack. You'll get deep into how our marketing teams operate, then improve the systems behind that work. This role blends technology and creative operations, and you'll partner closely with engineering, creative ops, and business leaders across Marketing, Brand, and Licensing.

Adobe Workfront is our top priority right now, and you'll lead its implementation and adoption. You'll also help modernize our digital asset management system, review our broader creative technology portfolio, and identify where AI can meaningfully support marketing and operations.

What you'll do

Lead the Workfront implementation Build out workflows, oversee integrations with our DAM and product lifecycle management (PLM) systems, and establish the data model. Partner with our applications team on deployment, define what success looks like, and help vendors and implementation partners stay on track.

Shape our creative technology portfolio Evaluate tools across DAM, 3D design, workflow and collaboration, and syndication. With several contracts renewing in late 2026, you'll help decide what to keep, improve, or retire, backed by data, vendor conversations, and input from the teams who use these tools daily.

Bring AI into everyday workflows Find the places where AI can genuinely help, like brief creation, asset tagging, review routing, or approval automation, and work with engineering to build those into the platform roadmap. We're looking for someone who's implemented AI tools, not just talked about them.

Connect technical and business teams Work with Marketing, Brand, Creative, and Licensing leadership to find where technology slows things down and where it could speed things up. Translate technical constraints for business partners and turn business goals into clear engineering requirements. When something breaks or gets complicated, people will look to you to help sort it out.

What you bring

  • Hands-on experience configuring or implementing an enterprise marketing/creative platform (Workfront, Wrike, Bynder, Aprimo, OpenText, or similar). You understand what configuration actually involves, beyond overseeing it.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships, evaluating contracts, and shaping technology portfolio decisions, with a track record of communicating those recommendations clearly to leadership.
  • Strong technical fluency, enough to work directly with engineers on APIs, workflow design, data models, and integrations, not just review their output.
  • Experience driving platform adoption, not just deployment. You know rollout and real usage are two different challenges, and you've done the work for both.
  • Experience navigating complex, cross-functional environments where creative and marketing teams have strong opinions about their tools.
  • A grounded point of view on AI in creative and content workflows: where it helps, where it's overhyped, and where it's headed.
  • Comfort moving between technical and business conversations without needing a translator, and a knack for helping others understand each other.
