Job description

 Job Summary:

We are seeking a Sitecore Content Hub Developer to build, integrate, and operate our enterprise content backbone for a global FMCG portfolio You will configure Content Hub DAMCMPPCM capabilities, implement workflows and automations, integrate with web eCommerce and marketing platforms and ensure reliable day-to-day operations under a Build-Run model

Key Responsibilities

Build Development

Configure the Content Hub data model content asset types metadata schemas taxonomies relationships variants and templates

Implement end-to-end content lifecycle workflows, approvals, roles, permissions, and governance policies

Develop automation actions, webhooks, and scripts for ingest enrichment, renditions and publishing

Build and enhance user experience portals, dashboards, search facets filters, collections and metadata forms

Integrate Content Hub with downstream channels and platforms web mobile, eCommerce CMS, marketing using platform APIs and certified connectors

Design and execute bulk migration, ingestion pipelines, metadata mapping, deduplication and rendition strategies

Ensure quality via version control peer reviews environment promotion and CICD for configuration and custom code

Run AMS

Provide L2L3 support for Content Hub and integrations meet SLAs availability, performance, and request turnaround

Operate and optimize job automations, monitor queues fix failed imports and tune search indexing

Manage user administration access reviews and content operations support UAT hypercare release readiness

Drive incident problem change processes ITIL root cause elimination, and continuous service improvement

Ensure compliance and auditability permissions, user rights management retention policies and audit trails

Primary Skills Must Have

Hands on Sitecore Content Hub configuration and development

Data modeling, taxonomy design, relationships and metadata governance

Workflow approval, design role-based access and governance controls

Automations and integrations using platform APIs, REST, GraphQL, and webhooks

Strong understanding of DAMCMPPCM concepts, metadata standards, renditions, transformations, versioning, approvals, rights usage

Integration experience with webCMS eCommerce marketing platforms and CDNs secure API design and error handling

Proficiency in one or more of CNET or JavaScript for extension scripts or middleware services

CICD and environment management for SaaS configuration and custom components GitHub Actions Azure DevOps

Secondary Nice to Have

Sitecore ecosystem exposure eg Sitecore XMXM Cloud, headless delivery, CDP Personalize

Familiarity with PIMMDM and product content syndication patterns

Cloud services on hyperscaler storage, serverless Functions, Cloud Run, Lambda, messaging and secret management

Search technologies eg Elastic OpenSearch and analytics for content performance

Experience with alternative DAMContent platforms eg Adobe AEM Assets, Bynder Aprimo for cross-skilling

Observability practices, dashboards, logs s and basic performance tuning

Experience Qualifications

·       Developer 3-5 years total with 2 years on Sitecore Content Hub across at least 12 enterprise implementations

·       Senior Developer, 58 years with ownership of Content Hub build and AMS operations at scale

·       Bachelor''s, Master''s in Computer Science Engineering or related field or equivalent experience

·       Sitecore certifications are an advantage
