Job description

Summary

Phillips Edison & Company (PECO) is seeking a Manager of Marketing Operations, to drive the systems, processes, and performance that enable scalable and effective marketing execution. This role is responsible for optimizing how marketing work gets done and serves as a key connector across teams, ensuring seamless workflows, strong governance, and alignment across internal partners and external vendors. This role blends hands-on execution with team leadership and is critical to enabling our Operations teams to drive a high level of performance across a national retail real estate portfolio.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the design and optimization of marketing workflows across traditional and digital channels, including owning intake processes and establishing clear, scalable standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Oversee day-to-day operations across key marketing platforms and vendors (Hubspot, CRM, Aprimo, Google, print/signage)
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure optimal workflows and turnaround times, resolving roadblocks where necessary
  • Deliver operational and performance reporting to support decision-making, while ensuring accurate data and strong lead tracking across campaigns
  • Manage and develop Marketing Operations team member(s)
  • And importantly, lead with an innovation and AI-mindset, seeking opportunities to leverage automation and AI to drive operational efficiency by transforming manual processes where relevant

What You'll Bring

  • 5-7+ years of experience in marketing operations or a related field
  • Proven ability to improve processes and manage cross-functional workflows
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on results and efficiency
  • Experience with marketing platforms and tools (CRM, HubSpot, automation, analytics)
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to lead through influence with a high degree of accountability
