About This Role

We're expanding our ecom team at Bike Mart and looking for a motivated individual to join our crew! Our ideal candidate is someone who's passionate about helping customers live a better life on two wheels.


What You'll Do

This role encompasses a range of responsibilities, including:

Managing the order fulfillment process from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers.

Collaborating with the Ecom Manager to maintain a well-organized and up-to-date catalog of products.

Overseeing housekeeping tasks to maintain efficiency and organization, including inventory management of shipping and packing materials.

Providing exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, making proactive recommendations, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
