About This Role

Ecom at Bike Mart is growing and hiring! Bike Mart is looking to add a teammate that is driven to help customers live a better life on a bike!


What You'll Do

This role will be responsible for:

Order Processing - from processing payment, picking the product, boxing and shipping, to customer follow-up.

Catalog - assisting Ecom Manager keep the catalog items updated and organized.

Housekeeping - keeping the process organized and working well, keeping shipping and packing materials in stock.

Leads - following up with customers, proactive helping customer find the right bike and gear for their needs.


Requirements

Be able to lift at least 40 lbs
