Summary
The Tile Installer completes flooring tile installations while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency on each project. This role involves preparing work areas, installing materials according to specifications, and ensuring the job site is clean and complete before leaving. The Installer may also help guide apprentice installers and communicate job progress with the team. Pay includes an incentive program to reward great performance!
What You'll Do:
  • Install flooring tile accurately according to project plans and company standards.
  • Review job details and prepare materials and tools before starting work.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and inspect completed work before leaving the site.
  • Assist in guiding apprentice installers and support their learning on the job.
  • Communicate job progress or issues with the scheduling or operations team.
  • Properly use and maintain company tools, and equipment.
  • Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.

Qualifications
  • Experience installing flooring tile in a construction environment.
  • Ability to read plan layouts & measurements.
  • Ability to work efficiently on active job sites and manage time well.
  • Basic knowledge of installation tools, materials, and techniques.
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and good communication skills.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the workday
