We are seeking skilled Tile Installation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience with professional tile installation, is detail-oriented, and can work independently or as part of a team. This role involves handling all aspects of tile work, from preparation and layout to finishing and grouting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install tile on floors, walls, backsplashes, and showers from start to finish

  • Prepare surfaces for tile installation, including measuring, cutting, and leveling

  • Apply grout, sealants, and finishing touches to ensure a polished final product

  • Perform waterproofing procedures as required for wet areas

  • Ensure precise tile spacing, leveling, and alignment for professional results

  • Maintain clean and organized job sites before, during, and after installation

  • Communicate clearly with project managers and clients regarding progress and timelines

  • Adhere to safety standards and follow all company protocols on-site

  • Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to company quality standards

  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of professional tile installation experience

  • Valid drivers license with a good driving record

  • Understanding of safety practices and ability to follow company procedures.

  • Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy materials safely
