Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable Tile Installer Helper / Laborer to support our installation team. This role is ideal for someone who is hardworking, punctual, detail-oriented, and interested in learning the trade.


Responsibilities
  • Assist tile installers with job site preparation and installation tasks
  • Mix thinset, grout, and other installation materials
  • Measure materials and workspaces accurately
  • Load, carry, and organize tools, tile, stone, and supplies
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Follow instructions from lead installers and supervisors
  • Communicate effectively with team members
Qualifications
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Reliable transportation to job sites
  • Ability to measure accurately
