Installs and maintains all type of floorings not limited to carpets, ceramic/floor titles, sound proofing, linoleum, decking, and similar parts.Performs repairs to carpets and tiles as needed.Builds or repairs cabinets, doors, frameworks, floors and other wooden fixtures used in buildings.Finish surfaces of woodwork or wallboard in houses and buildings.Fills cracks and other defects in plaster or plasterboard and sand patch.Maintains and repairs base cabinets, wall cabinets, and countertopUtilizes proper jointery methods (i.e., dove, tails, rabbets, blind rabbets, glue joints, lap joints, tongue and groove, drawer joints, mortise, tenon, mitered compound, mitered joints, framing joints, hanging and shutter joints).Maintains and performs necessary repairs to stucco, drywall, plaster, tile sidewalks, stairs and similar structures.Sets the forms material that holds concrete and pours (footer, stem, slab or monolithic) screens. Uses concrete vibrator, jitterbugs, floats, and trowels to compact concrete.Demonstrates proper use of various power tools including ski saw, routers, drill, planers, nail gun, ramset, and floor sanders.Operates forklift, scissor lift, boom lift and other machines necessary to perform job duties.Understands and follows safety guidelines and operating procedures when handling and returning tools and equipment.Inspects ceiling or floor tile, wall coverings, siding, glass, or woodwork to detect broken or damaged structures.Inspects equipment for proper functioning.Provides recommendations for repairs to supervisor.Assists with estimating, material takeoffs, project specifications, and maintaining files of specifications, blueprints, and diagrams generated from field investigation. Assists with updating as-built drawings.Maintains knowledge of and effectively promotes company services and players' club program.Attends all scheduled team member meetings and trainings.Adheres to all company and department policies, procedures, and standard operating guidelines.Adheres to all hygiene and safety standards. Ensures that a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment is maintained.Performs all related and compatible duties as assigned.Does not provide supervisions to others.High school diploma or equivalent.Completion of an apprenticeship program by an accredited education facility preferred.Must be 18 years or older.Valid Driver's License Required.Clean Driving Record Required. 5 or more years of related experience and/or training.Journey level skill in construction, maintenance, and repair procedures, including preventative maintenance, breakdown repair and trouble-shooting, installation and fabrication techniques.Knowledge of proper use and maintenance of hand and power tools.Knowledge of building codes, rules, and regulations.Good verbal and interpersonal communication skills.Strong demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints and system diagrams.Strong organizational skills with exceptional ability to manage multiple projects.Ability work in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environment.Ability to work various shifts, days, nights, or weekends.
