Job description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finish Carpenter to join our team. The Finish Carpenter will be responsible for crafting and installing high-quality woodwork, trim, cabinetry, and other finishing elements in residential projects. The ideal candidate takes pride in precision, has a strong eye for detail, and is dedicated to delivering exceptional craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
  • Measure, cut, assemble, and install trim, moldings, doors, windows, cabinetry, and other finishing components.
  • Ensure all finished work meets quality standards for fit, alignment, and appearance.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery safely and effectively.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Finish Carpenter or in a related carpentry role.
  • Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, tools, and materials.
  • Ability to measure and cut with precision.
