Pay Rate: $26.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

  • 20-minute paid break
  • 30-minute unpaid lunch

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Finish Carpenter to join our team for commercial projects. This role involves building, installing, repairing, and finishing structural and decorative elements using a variety of materials, including wood and metal. Candidates should be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.


Key Responsibilities
  • Perform both rough and finish carpentry tasks, including:
    • Framing
    • Installing doors, windows, drywall, trim, and flooring
  • Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures using wood, metal, and other materials
  • Measure, cut, and shape materials accurately using hand and power tools
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project plans
  • Safely operate tools such as saws, drills, planers, nail guns, and levels
  • Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting materials as needed
  • Follow all safety guidelines and properly use required PPE (e.g., safety glasses, gloves)

Qualifications
  • 1+ years of carpentry or construction experience (commercial preferred)
  • Trade school or vocational training preferred (entry-level candidates from trade programs encouraged to apply)
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Familiarity with OSHA 10 and/or OSHA 30 standards (preferred)
  • Experience with ceiling grid systems is a plus
  • Strong understanding of construction materials and methods
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluent in English

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
  • Frequent bending, kneeling, and climbing
