Position: Carpenter

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $25–$35/hr DOE

Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Location: Lewiston, ID and Pullman, WA

Overview

We are looking for a skilled and dependable Remodel Carpenter to join our growing team. This role involves both rough and finish carpentry, framing, and detail-oriented woodwork on residential and light commercial projects. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality craftsmanship, works efficiently, and thrives both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials for framing and finish work

  • Perform door hanging, drywall, and window installation

  • Handle flooring and tile installation

  • Install doors, windows, trim, cabinets, and other building components

  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project plans

  • Safely and effectively operate hand and power tools

  • Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards

  • Collaborate with other trades and follow site supervisor directions

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Requirements
  • 2+ years of carpentry experience (residential or commercial)

  • Solid knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials
