Job description

The Appraisal Coordinator is primarily responsible for administrative support for APMC appraisal department. Provides appraisal support for branches and acts as a liaison between production staff and AMCโ€™s on a daily basis.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provides customer service and appraisal related support for APMC branches
  • Maintains and oversees UCDP process in-house and with our AMC vendors
  • Administrate UCDP website
  • Maintains all AMC user information. Maintains logins & passwords.
  • Orders all non-delegated jumbo appraisals through investor AMCโ€™s. Maintains written jumbo procedure, updates order log, and delivers reports to borrowers in compliance with Dodd-Frank regulation. Monitors jumbo procedure changes
  • Orders desk reviews when required by UW department
  • Reconciles monthly AMC vendor billing as it relates to appraisal department
  • Primary administrator for eTrac appraisal ordering system for all APMC branches and home office employees.
  • Provides training and produces training documents as needed for appraisal related training
  • Monitors Appraisal Dept inbox to ensure quick flow and resolution of questions.
  • Familiar with an extensive number of online databases for researching property related questions
