Roof Rejuvenation Sales Specialist

Lapota Contracting, Inc

Murray, UT • On-site

$10K - $20K/mo

Full-time

Re-posted 5 days ago

Job description

Field Sales Representative — Roof Rejuvenation | Uncapped Commission

Pay: $10,000–$20,000/month potential | 10–20% commission per signed job (avg. job value ≈ $5,300) | Bi-Weekly payouts

Why this role is different

Most sales roles have you fighting for scraps — cold calls, thin margins, or waiting months for insurance claims to pay out. This one doesn't work that way. Lapota Contracting has 13 years of local credibility and a steady stream of retail opportunities that don't depend on insurance approval. Smaller ticket size than a full re-roof means a much bigger buying pool of homeowners who can say yes on the spot.

You set the appointment. Our estimators and closers handle the rest. You get paid weekly.

What you'll actually be doing

  • Meeting homeowners in assigned neighborhoods and through warm leads to introduce our roof rejuvenation service
  • Having genuine, confident conversations — not scripts, not spam
  • Explaining our 7–17 year warranty and why rejuvenation beats a full replacement for most homeowners
  • Booking qualified in-home or virtual consultations for our estimating team
  • Logging activity daily in JobNimbus
  • Showing up to short daily huddles and ongoing coaching sessions

What average performers earn

  • 3 signed jobs/week at 10% commission ≈ $1,500/week (~$78K/year)
  • 3 signed jobs/week at 20% commission ≈ $3,000/week (~$156K/year)
  • No cap. Your production sets your paycheck.
  • Top performers close 3-4 deals in a single day

Who does well here

  • 1+ years in direct sales, field sales, or appointment setting (home services a plus)
  • Confident, energetic, and comfortable initiating conversations in person
  • Self-motivated and coachable — you take feedback and adjust
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, smartphone-fluent
  • Professional presentation — you're representing an established, trusted brand

Bonus points: experience in roofing, remodeling, solar, or HVAC sales; bilingual; prior appointment-setting or closing experience.

What we provide

  • Paid, elite-level training from instructors who've spoken at Door to Door Con and RoofCON
  • Quality, pre-vetted markets — no fighting over bad territory
  • Full back-office support: marketing, scheduling, estimating, and closing handled for you
  • Weekly commission payouts
  • A real path to closer, sales manager, or leadership for people who perform

Schedule: Full-time, primarily Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend flexibility during peak season.

Benefits: Flexible schedule, professional development assistance, referral program

Work Location: In person
