Pay: Paid Training + Hourly equivalent + Bonuses + Weekly pay AND Commissions. (And No, This is Not a sales job. You still get paid per per sale as well though!)

Job description:
USA Windows and Doors is seeking a driven and energetic Appointment Setter to join our high-performing team. In this key role, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective customers, helping to schedule in-home consultations for our expert sales team meeting home owners and setting appointments in the office for home improvements - Impact windows and doors, Roofing, Kitchen, Bathroom, A/C, Garage doors. This is a great opportunity to contribute to the success of a nationally ranked home improvement company while developing your communication and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make appointments with potential customers using provided leads
  • Effectively communicate the value of our impact windows and doors
  • Qualify leads and schedule in-home appointments for sales representatives
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointment outcomes
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth hand-offs and exceptional customer experiences
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting goals
  • Follow up with potential customers as needed

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and people skills with a professional phone presence
  • Positive, coachable attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on results
