Bilingual Appointment Scheduler

As a Bilingual Appointment Scheduler, you will be responsible for managing patient appointments, ensuring smooth communication between English and Spanish-speaking patients, and providing administrative support to the medical team. Your role is essential in maintaining efficient office operations and delivering excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, follow-ups, and consultations, ensuring that the office calendar is accurately maintained and efficiently managed.
  • Patient Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, handling phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in both English and Spanish.
