We are looking for a detail-oriented, dedicated and driven Inventory Planner to join our fast-paced and
passionate Allocation team. In this role, you will play a critical part in optimizing inventory, focusing on
Store allocation, replenishment, and overall stock efficiency. If you have a passion for data-driven

This role will report to the Director, DTC Planning & Allocation.
What you'll do:
  • Support execution of omni-channel merchandise plans that deliver company sales, gross margin and inventory productivity goals for specific categories/divisions within Faherty.
  • Support execution of omni-channel end-to-end planning & allocation process.
  • Support reporting and analysis for seasonal hindsights and pre-season buy plans
  • Create and maintain weekly and adhoc reporting to analyze and react to store inventory needs.
  • Allocate merchandise strategically and intelligently to maximize sales, considering store volume, store capacity, regional and geographical factors, and other unique selling characteristics specific to stores and store clusters (e.g., SKU plans, model targets, etc.)
  • Recommend and execute weekly replenishment strategies to stores to achieve optimal inventory turns and sell-thrus.
  • Understand store profiles/tiers and build assortment allocation strategies with merchandising.
  • Work with retail store teams to review product requests and determine where replenishment opportunities exist.
  • Support new store allocations to ensure accuracy and on time arrival in store.
  • Support manager with order placement into ERP systems (NetSuite).
  • Monitors late product and communicates impact to floorset to Visual, Merchandising and Store partners

What you'll have:
  • Experience and proficiency in Excel, specifically in an allocation capacity
  • Ideally 2-4 years experience in retail planning and allocation
  • Analytical and mathematical proficiency
  • Candidate should exhibit analytical thought and enjoy deep diving into data
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with a willingness to flex schedule based on needs of business
  • Experience within a multi-channel apparel and or footwear brand a plus
  • Exhibit quick turnaround time on fast paced business changes

We aim to pay competitively for our size and industry. The base salary range for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 USD, but we will consider location, skill level and experience to determine the final offer.
