Position: Manufacturing - Supply Chain & Logistics Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $45โ€“$65/hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

  • Build a realistic digital workspace centered on the Drive folders you use daily, including S&OP decks, network-design models, and inventory reports.
  • Design multi-step tasks grounded in real workflows that challenge frontier AI agents using multiple apps and files.
  • Collaborate with other supply-chain and logistics experts to design environments and review scenarios for realism.
  • Work asynchronously with research teams to refine task designs and evaluation criteria for supply-chain agent benchmarks.
  • Contribute to frontier AI research and benchmarking, directly informing how labs train and evaluate AI systems.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 3+ years of full-time experience at a Fortune 500 retailer, manufacturer, 3PL, or large carrier.
  • Background in demand/supply planning, transportation management, or warehouse operations.
  • Day-to-day use of Manhattan Associates WMS, Blue Yonder, SAP S/4HANA, and Tableau/Power BI.
  • Strong analytical thinking and writing skills.

Preferred

  • Certifications such as APICS CPIM, CSCP, or CLTD.
