Role Summary
• Maintains the server, network, and security infrastructure supporting
mission-critical and standard systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide on-site system and network support during business hours and
remote/on-call support after hours.
• Support infrastructure for mission-critical systems including CAD, LERMS, Jail,
Mobile, and TIME System.
• Support infrastructure for standard systems including ERP, Office 365,
scheduling, evidence, fleet, and others.
• Perform workstation setup, OS installation, patching, antivirus, and break/fix.
• Administer Microsoft and Linux servers, updates, permissions, and security.
• Provide 24×7 network monitoring, firewall management, VPN, antivirus, and
connectivity.
• Support backup and recovery operations.
• Support network-dependent system interfaces.
• Assist with annual inventory and lifecycle management.
• Support helpdesk escalations and ticket resolution.
• Implement cybersecurity controls, MFA, and CJIS compliance.
• Respond to Priority 1 and Priority 2 incidents within required timeframes.
