Job Summary
Performs as lead Solution Architect in developing Communications and Collaboration solutions and annuity based services. Creates go-to-market offerings and strategies for emerging technologies. Maintains solid understanding of communications infrastructure within data center, LAN and WAN. Provides general working knowledge that spans multiple service practices along with good overall technical knowledge. Handles pre-sales cycles, manages projects and timelines as well as provides industry leading consulting guidance to clients and sales teams throughout United States on various size Communications and Collaboration projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Sales Enablement & Customer Advisory
  • Serves as a senior technical seller and advisor for governance-related customer engagements.

  • Partners with Sales to shape deals, influence strategy, and articulate governance value in early-stage customer conversations.

  • Enables Sales and Architects with clear, outcome-focused governance narratives, positioning guidance, and use-case-driven storytelling.

  • Leads or supports executive-level customer discussions, workshops, and roadmap conversations related to data governance and information protection.

  • Raises governance fluency across Solution and Field Architects, ensuring they can confidently sell-not just deliver-governance solutions.

  • Provides architectural oversight and escalation in support of deal success and customer confidence.

  • Ensures consistency across sales, delivery, and managed services teams while keeping customer-facing messaging simple, practical, and commercial

Customer Engagement
  • Engages seamlessly with Sales and Delivery teams to support pursuit and transition of complex collaboration engagements.

  • Acts as the technical authority for Cisco Collaboration-led solutions, including enterprise calling, contact center, and device strategies. Will provide oversight for multi practice engagement on large complex opportunities.

  • Participates in consultative and transformational sales opportunities and executive-level customer engagements.
  • Provides input to account planning for strategic accounts and reviews collaboration architectures, pricing, and Statements of Work (SOWs).

  • Prepares for and conducts proofs of concept (POC) and proofs of value (POV).

Solution & Offering Development
  • Develops and evolves Cisco-centric collaboration offerings including CUCM, Webex Calling, Webex Contact Center, and collaboration devices.

  • Incorporates Microsoft 365 into coexistence and hybrid collaboration strategies where appropriate.

  • Aligns with OEM partners to support offering definition, lifecycle management, and roadmap alignment.

  • Develops assessments, workshops, and consulting offerings for Modern Work & collaboration solutions.

Enablement
  • Provides technical enablement, architecture standards, sales materials, and training for collaboration offerings.

  • Enables Solution Architects and Business Solution Consultants to position Cisco Collaboration and Microsoft integration scenarios effectively.

Delivery Support
  • Develops SOW templates and supports delivery teams to ensure successful service execution.

  • Conducts assessments and workshops and feeds delivery lessons learned back into offering improvements.

Practice Leadership
  • Maintains a culture of learning and tracks industry trends related to collaboration and hybrid work.

  • Acts as an internal advisor influencing technical direction and practice strategy.

General
  • Demonstrates and actively promotes an understanding and commitment to the mission of Logicalis through performing behaviors consistent with the organization's values.

  • Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations as well as policies and procedures of Logicalis to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical and professional behaviors.

Education/Experience//Technical Requirements/Certifications
Equivalent combination accepted.
Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field.

Experience / Technical Requirements
  • 7+ years in pre-sales, consulting, or architectural roles focused on enterprise collaboration technologies.

  • Deep experience with Cisco Collaboration platforms including CUCM, Webex Calling, Webex Contact Center, and collaboration devices.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams including integration and coexistence scenarios.

Certifications
  • Cisco Collaboration certifications (CCNP or CCIE Collaboration preferred).

  • Cisco Webex Calling or Webex Contact Center certifications.

  • Microsoft Teams or Modern Work certifications preferred.

Salary Compensation Range: $150,000 to $172,000 plus Bonus
