Job description

The Manager, Analytics is responsible for leading measurement and analytics initiatives for a portfolio of small to mid-sized client accounts. This role serves as the primary analytics owner, translating business objectives into measurement strategies, executing complex analyses, and delivering actionable insights that improve media performance across brand-focused advertising channels in strong collaboration with Client Services teams.

The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in media measurement across Linear TV, Connected TV (CTV), streaming audio, podcasts, terrestrial radio, and satellite radio. They are equally comfortable designing measurement frameworks, executing sophisticated analyses, interpreting results, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality analytics solutions.

This is a highly autonomous individual contributor role. While the position does not include direct people management responsibilities, it requires manager-level ownership of analytics workstreams, technical decision-making, and execution leadership. The successful candidate will leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis and improve efficiency while maintaining responsibility for the quality, rigor, and accuracy of all analytical deliverables.

What Makes a Good Fit

Mynt is built for driven intrapreneurs who treat their work like they own it. We move fast, hold a high bar, and push each other forward with genuine support and positivity, never pressure. If you're ambitious, growth-minded, and energized by a team that wins together, you'll thrive here.

About Mynt Agency

Mynt helps growth brands turn video and audio into measurable acquisition channels. We plan, buy, and measure across CTV, linear TV, YouTube, podcasts, streaming audio, and radio, with a specific focus on using premium media more efficiently than traditional agencies and proving the business impact through attribution, lift testing, and incrementality. We work with amazing brands including Oats Overnight, Grüns, Liquid Death, Prenuvo, and many more.

The broader Mynt story is simple: we have generated $3bn+ in incremental client revenue, have 5.5+ years of average client tenure, and average 4x ROAS on evergreen campaigns. We are not a generic media agency. We focus on helping brands find solutions for incremental scale, especially when search and social are becoming expensive, saturated, or insufficient for the next stage of growth.

What You'll Do

Analytics Execution

  • Lead end-to-end execution of marketing analytics projects from business question through final recommendations.

  • Design and execute measurement approaches appropriate for each campaign, objective, and available data.

  • Analyze media performance across Linear TV, CTV, streaming audio, podcasts, terrestrial radio, and satellite radio.

  • Perform campaign measurement using methodologies including attribution, incrementality, lift studies, audience analysis, reach and frequency analysis, and cross-channel performance evaluation.

  • Validate data quality, identify anomalies, troubleshoot issues, and ensure analytical accuracy.

  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear business recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Leverage AI to increase speed and scale while maintaining analytical rigor.

  • Build trusted partnerships across Client Services, Media, Data Engineering, and Analytics teams.

Execution Leadership

  • Own analytics workstreams across multiple concurrent client engagements.

  • Coordinate with Client Services, Media Planning, Media Activation, Data Engineering, and external measurement partners to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Manage project priorities, timelines, risks, and dependencies.

  • Review analytical outputs for completeness, accuracy, and methodological soundness before delivery.

  • Drive continuous improvement in analytics processes through automation and AI-assisted workflows.

Account Analytics Strategy

  • Develop measurement strategies aligned to client objectives and media plans.

  • Recommend appropriate methodologies based on business goals, data availability, and channel characteristics.

  • Identify opportunities to improve measurement frameworks, reporting capabilities, and analytical processes.

  • Drive consistency in measurement standards and analytical best practices across assigned accounts.

Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, media measurement, advertising analytics, or a related field, including demonstrated expertise measuring Linear TV, Connected TV (CTV), streaming audio, podcasts, and related media channels

  • Strong understanding of media measurement methodologies including attribution, incrementality, lift measurement, reach and frequency, audience measurement, and cross-channel analytics.

  • Experience designing measurement frameworks that align media investment with business outcomes.

  • Experience working with campaign exposure data, conversion data, audience data, and media performance datasets.

  • Advanced SQL proficiency for data extraction, validation, and analysis.

  • Experience using Tableau or comparable business intelligence platforms.

  • Understanding of modern marketing measurement concepts including identity resolution, clean rooms, privacy-safe measurement, and data governance.

  • Ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced agency environment.

  • Familiarity with Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), media mix optimization, geo-based experimentation, and causal measurement techniques.

  • Working knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics.
