Boeing Enterprise Classified Security is seeking a highly motivated Data Analytics Lead to join our team in Seattle, WA; Arlington, VA; El Segundo, CA; Huntington Beach, CA; Huntsville, AL; Long Beach, CA; Mesa, AZ; Ridley Park, PA; San Antonio, TX; Seal Beach, CA; Berkeley, MO or Hazelwood, MO.

The Data Analytics Lead will play a critical role in supporting Enterprise Classified Security's (ECS) strategic goals by delivering actionable insights through comprehensive project analytics and portfolio management.

This position is responsible for maintaining a centralized view of all ECS projects, ensuring accurate tracking, prioritization, and reporting across the portfolio. The role will partner with stakeholders to enhance visibility into project status, resource utilization, and performance trends, enabling more informed decision-making and stronger operational alignment.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a centralized, accurate view of all ECS projects, programs, and portfolio activities

  • Track project status, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues across the portfolio

  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards, scorecards, and analytics tools to improve visibility into project performance

  • Monitor resource utilization, workload distribution, and capacity trends to support portfolio planning

  • Partner with stakeholders and leadership to ensure data accuracy, alignment, and consistency in reporting

  • Analyze project and portfolio data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement

  • Support prioritization efforts by providing data-driven insights and recommendations

  • Ensure timely and accurate communication of portfolio health, status updates, and key metrics

  • Drive standardization of analytics processes, reporting methods, and data definitions across the organization

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational alignment and decision-making

  • Support ad hoc analysis and executive-level reporting as needed

BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 10+ years of experience collecting, organizing, synthesizing and analyzing data

  • 10+ years of experience with digital dashboard and/or metric development

  • 10+ years of experience monitoring project control systems

  • Experience with data analytics platforms, reporting tools, and data visualization (SQL, Tableau, Python, Excel, or equivalent)

  • Experience in managing relationships with business leaders and executives, leading complex portfolio of engagements, enabling leaders to make data-driven decisions

  • Experience do you have managing multiple competing priorities

  • Experience working with cross functional teams

  • Experience communicating with technical experts and explaining difficult technical concepts to non-technical business users

  • Experience translating data into actionable insights and recommendations

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Data Analytics, Business, Information Systems, Operations, Engineering, or a related field

  • Experience supporting enterprise portfolio management, program management, or PMO functions

  • Experience with project lifecycle tracking, resource planning, and performance measurement

  • Experience working in a classified, security-focused, or highly regulated environment

  • Experience creating executive-level reports and strategic presentations

  • Strong understanding of KPI development, trend analysis, and data governance practices

  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership

  • Advanced proficiency in analytics tools, database querying, or automation tools such as SQL, Python, or similar

  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations

  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies or operational excellence frameworks

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
