THE ROLE




REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

·        Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills

·        Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to synthesize data into insights and hypotheses - not just reported numbers

·        Comfort managing multiple projects of varying scope and complexity simultaneously

·        Confidence communicating with users, customers, and colleagues 2–3 levels up/down, across disciplines and all levels of management

·        Ability to simplify complex data insights for non-technical stakeholders

·        Experience managing engagement execution - deliverable timelines, economics, scope, quality, and customer satisfaction

·        Proven ability to manage, mentor, and develop teams of data professionals

·        Ability to adapt on the fly, comfort with ambiguity, and a hands-on, can-do mindset

·        Travel: typical range 5–10% 

WHAT YOUR RESUME SHOWS

·        Undergraduate B.S. degree

·        5-8+ years of relevant experience in analytics, data, consulting, or similar fields

·        Proficiency in cloud-based data platforms such as Azure DataLake, AWS, and Snowflake

·        Advanced expertise in data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik

·        Strong SQL skills; experience with Python, R, and other scripting languages for data manipulation, automation, and querying

·        Experience with ETL tools such as Azure Data Factory, Informatica, or Talend, and data warehousing platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift)

·        Understanding of data governance, security, and best practices; familiarity with M365 applications and their integration with data platforms

·        Strong consulting background — identifying client business needs, delivering data-driven solutions, and leading workshops, trainings, and knowledge transfer

·        Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira or Trello

·        Ability to develop business cases and KPIs, and translate data findings into strategic insights and actionable recommendations

·        Preferred: familiarity with machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and DevOps practices in analytics or ML deployment

THE PACKAGE

The salary range for this position is: $108,675 - $190,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Blue Ops offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
