Regular communication, tailored presentations, and workshops are common practices to ensure all stakeholders understand the value and limitations of analytical findings. This collaborative approach helps drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.

  • Analyze UTM campaign data and track lifecycle metrics by connecting web behavior to lead generation performance.

Data Visualization & Reporting:

  • Build, maintain, and scale high-impact dashboards using Tableau or Looker to deliver analytics.

  • Provide the marketing organization with highly consistent, reliable, and consolidated reporting frameworks that unify metrics across all primary platforms.

  • Take technical ownership of high-impact automation tools to handle data normalization, reporting and architect automated post-event account routing.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Core Technical Stack: Advanced proficiency in writing SQL queries and building advanced visual report

  • Web Data & Tagging Expertise: Deep understanding of GA4 architecture and hands-on experience deploying complex tracking schemas.

  • Funnel Analytics: Comprehensive understanding of the lead lifecycle, attribution modeling, and pipeline data flowing through CRMs and MAPs.

  • Testing & Behavior Analysis: Solid grasp of A/B testing methodologies (statistical significance, sample sizes) and experience leveraging heatmap tools to analyze user friction points.

  • Communication: Exceptional ability to synthesize complex technical data into concise, strategic narratives for executive leadership.

  • Advanced Attribution: Experience data-blending ad platform APIs with CRM data to build custom multi-touch attribution models.

  • Understand the foundations of digital marketing

  • Programming Skills: Experience using Python (specifically pandas, numpy, or matplotlib) for data manipulation, automation, or advanced statistical analysis.

Target Base Salary Range: $120,000 - $135,000 USD
