Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Hybrid
3 days in the office, 2 days remote
Bloomington, IL
As the Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) you will oversee our forecasting and financial planning function, providing extensive business partnering and financial support to our Life Insurance and Investment teams. Your team of forward thinkers will perform analysis on internal and external factors to drive new business strategies, challenge assumptions, and generate actionable insights for the business to drive profitability and growth.
• This position offers a hybrid work schedule and is based out of our corporate offices in Bloomington, IL.
How does the Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) make an impact?
• Reviews and approves recommendations for financial planning and budgets.
• Builds and maintains cross-functional relationships with key business partners.
• Influences decision-makers through effective verbal and written communication. Creates compelling presentations to drive better business decisions.
• Manages forecasting processes including quarterly forecasts and scenario modeling.
• Develops detailed financial models to evaluate strategic priorities and alternatives.
• Improves the accuracy of and reduces the time required to complete forecast process through automation.
• Manages the implementation and maintenance of disaster recovery plans and activities in assigned areas. Maintains current contact information for all employees in applicable areas and communicates with non-recovery employees during a disaster.
• Fosters the highest level of commitment among our people through transparent communication about business challenges, successes, and results.
• Creates an environment which encourages people to think, behave, act and control work, and make decisions autonomously to attain clear goals.
