Job Title: Manager, Enterprise Analytics
Organization Name: Pediatric Associates
Job Description: Develop and support data analytics solutions used for business reporting and operational analysis. Analyze datasets using SQL, Python, and business intelligence tools. Extract, transform, validate, and organize structured and unstructured data for analysis and reporting. Prepare datasets through data cleansing, validation, and transformation processes. Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI or similar analytics tools. Generate routine and ad hoc reports and present analytical findings to internal stakeholders. Maintain data pipelines and automated processes used for analytics and reporting. Perform statistical analysis to identify trends and patterns in data and support forecasting and operational insights. Work with business and technical teams to gather reporting requirements and assist with the development of analytics solutions to support operational needs. Review analytical outputs and reports to ensure accuracy and data quality.
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or closely related field, plus 24 months of prior work experience in job offered, or as Data Scientist, Marketing Specialist, or related.
